How to send artwork across the internet to us.

Important Note: The Banner King accepts many file formats for electronic transfer. Please send
your preferred formats in their original files to the highest resolution or biggest size image available.
Our high speed servers can obtain files via email.
If you can not send large files, please telephone and we will assist you with delivery of CDRom / DVD etc.

How to Send artwork for your banner sign.
1. If you are a first time customer please send to us a draft copy of your banner in
your current format. Telephone, Email or send a CD.
We will respond with your banner setup and assist you to create a highly colorful banner sign.

2. If you are a regular: please send your email message and/or
file to the email below.
Please include the following information:
a) Due Date
b) Background color
c) Primary Text
d) Secondary Text
e) Tertiary Text
f) Any special comments to be written on the banner. e.g.. Promotion type, promo name etc.

Note: All our proofs are Free. We will send you a proof before making your signs. Our production team will not start without a signed proof on your behalf.

No artwork Charges:

We do not charge setup or artwork costs if: You file is suitable for vector format graphics, This means you have drawn your imagery in outlines with no underlapping lines or problems that may create blank sections of color or 'combining problems'.

We prefer all files in CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) printing process. If your software program does not allow RGB-CMYK conversion. We will convert for you. No Charge.

Small Artwork Charge:

If you can supply your files, but need a little expertise to remove 'fuzzy' lines, underlying problems or similar. We may charge to set your files correctly. At the end of the process, we will resend the file back to you so that you do not need to pay again for any repeat orders.

Medium Artwork Charge:

If you sign requires a medium amount of logo / sign suitability, we may advise the requirement to charge you a medium artwork cost.

Complex Artwork Charge:

Generally, Complex artwork requires new creation, updating or total manipulation of a file. If so, we will advise you before any start so that you know of any or all costs.
