Light weight vinyl banners: We do not use
light weight materials as often seen on the internet.
These materials are often below 440 gsm or are very low
graded polymer mixes promoted as medium weight. We only
use Quality and tried and test materials.
 |
Medium weight vinyl banners:
Medium weight is suitable for signs up-to and over 25
square metres. This is the specification seen at our new
online colour pages. Medium weight can be printed in high
resolution in Ecosolvent inks, water based inks and
Solvent based outdoor inks.
Generally, water based inks are actually water based dye
inks and not generally considered as long term, Some
Cyans and Blacks may be very weak in outdoor situations.
 |
Heavy weight vinyl banners:
This is a great choice for vinyl banners that may stretch
between poles or are unsupported and will suffer from
wind sway. We can show you how to support a sign with
steel cables for across road, event canopy or long
distances.

Heavy weight vinyl banners use the same graded material as
used for truck sidings. Great printing effects and a
smooth glossy finish make the material very versatile. |
Rip Stop vinyl banners: This is the strongest possible
vinyl banner material and the same weighted base as Heavy weight. The
vinyl banner has cross sectional ribbing inside the polymer
layers that stop the vinyl canvas tearing along a
material grain.

Often used in very hard outside
conditions, Rip stop vinyl banners have a limited colour range. See our
online colour chips. |
Eco Finish vinyl banners: This is
our new range of rope and eyelet vinyl banner. The ropes are
tied at each end and eyelets (grommets) are placed
suitably in between. No stitching is required with this
material making this vinyl banner cheaper to purchase. |
Super Finish vinyl banners: This is our most popular vinyl banner
style. Finished with reinforced eyelets, rear
strengthening tabs, Rope sewn into the FULL horizontal
length and extended ropes ends. Corner double stitching
and overlapping edges.

If you pay attention to the detail here, you can also
see that the corners have a triangle stitch line.
Underside is an extra piece of vinyl also sewn into the
corner. This is how we do all work for customers and
signwriters in Australia. The Super Finish vinyl banner is great value
and designed to withstand wind gusts and outdoor
elements such as rain etc. |
Satin Polyester banner:
Printed by using either the Dye Sublimation and Steaming process
or directly onto new modern materials, the Satin
Polyester banner is often seen used by fashion stores.
The material is very stylish and modern. |
